Due to the custom nature of each item, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please look carefully at the items/sizes in your cart prior to purchase! A small flat handling fee of $3 will be added at check-out (per order) which allows us to individually polybag and label all orders for quick pick-up. We are not charging for shipping, all items will be delivered the Coaches for distribution/pick-up. You'll get an email notification once your order is packed.
